Annual Levy for Companies - 2018
With reference to the above subject, we would like to remind you that all companies incorporated in Cyprus, irrespective of whether active or not or have assets or not are subject to a €350 levy per annum.
The last day of payment of the Annual Levy for the year 2018 is 30th June 2018.
For those who do not pay the annual fee on time, the following fines will apply:
• €385 from 01/07/2018 until 31/08/2018
• €490 from 01/09/2018 until 30/11/2018
You could proceed with the payment of the levy through the web directly at the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver.
