Deadline Extension for 2023 Tax Returns & SIT Submissions
On 26 March 2026, the Tax Department has officially announced an extension for the submission of 2023 Income Tax Returns and the Summary Information Table (SIT).
New Deadline:
The revised submission deadline is 30 April 2026.
Who is affected?
This extension applies to the following for the 2023 tax year:
- Companies (Form TD4).
- Individuals required to prepare audited or reviewed financial statements (Form TD1).
- Summary Information Tables (SIT) for Controlled Transactions, regardless of any audit requirement.
Our Recommendation
While this extension offers additional time, we strongly encourage you to complete your 2023 audit or review process as early as possible. Early submission can help you avoid potential system congestion or technical delays on the Tax For All (TFA) portal as the deadline approaches.
Important Reminder
Submissions of tax returns (Form TD4) or SITs made after 30 April 2026 will be subject to applicable administrative penalties.
